NICU Graduate Virtual Series
Our NICU Parent Support Group is a compassionate space for parents who have recently brought their baby home after a NICU stay. We will have peers and experts as guest speakers, and we’ll focus on providing community with plenty of support and humor to get you through.
Open to parents of NICU grads up to 12-months old. This group meets virtually for 4 weeks on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM EST. Topics include:
reflecting on time in the NICU
navigating uncertainty
balancing mental health
exploring partner communication
and more!

Intentionally organized for you and your stage of parenthood. All you have to do is show up, and even then, if you need help, we are here to support you.
Curated content to the topic will be provided as well as open discussion and potential for guest speakers.
