Here are a few details about our gatherings…

  • What is a NAPS Certified Leader?

Nurture by NAPS provides trustworthy, uncensored support and coaching from honest, judgment-free Registered Nurses that started their career as hospital Labor & Delivery nurses.

I feel honored to be certified through Nurture by NAPS because of their emphasis on judgement-free support and their belief in that there is no one right way to parent.

My NAPS Certification involved a full year of bi-weekly curriculum. live meetings, live coaching practice, and deep dives into parenthood topics including mental health, return to work, and baby well-being.

  • Why join your gathering when I have access to free meetups and events?

You should definitely join the free meet-ups too! There are two main benefits to an OGP group:

    1. It’s intentionally organized for you and your stage of parenthood. All you have to do is show up, and even then, if you need help getting out the door, I am here to support you.

    2. Each gathering has a curated and vetted topic with guest speakers who are experts in their field. Topics such as feeding, sleep, and mental health of both parents.

  • What's included in the prices?

All our gatherings are open to both parents for the price listed above.

Our Meet-ups include 90-minute gathering with finger foods and drinks, curated discussion topic, and hand-outs to take home.

Our Series include weekly gatherings with curated topics based on the group. Our hybrid groups are 8 weeks long: 6 weeks virtual and 2 weeks in-person. This structure allows us to honor the chaos of early parenthood while cultivating community locally. Topics include:

    • baby feeding

    • navigating sleep needs

    • starting solids

    • mental health check-ins

    • partner communication

    • and more!

  • What are the location details?

Our Meetups are currently located at Little Cocoa Bean Co. in Jamaica Plain, Boston, Massachusetts.

Our Series are currently available to parents in the Boston, North Shore, South Shore, and MetroWest areas of Massachusetts. For our 2 in-person parts of the series, we’ll gather somewhere equidistant to each group. Where we meet will be different each time.
